Do you take regular exercise?
Regular exercise can be some movement that you do daily, a physical movement and that is good for you example is walking. Some specific activities will help your blood circulation more than others.
The aim is to increase the air you can take in your longs, to make a better blood circulation, and reach new limits, in the shortest time, a few times a week; this will help increase and give you better blood circulation which is vital to your life performance.
Doing any thing is better than nothing.
You can begin with 5 or 10 minutes daily physical workout for all muscles. Do some standing up and squatting down without actually sitting on the floor, then repeating.
Workout for the stomach by doing sit-ups with legs up and down. Press ups, literally doing some thing like 3 to 5 minutes of each of these workouts daily will help with a better circulation of blood through the veins and arteries.
